摘　　要：目的探讨武汉社区体检人群高血压检出率及相关危险因素分析。方法选取2008年1月1日至2009年12月31日武汉市武汉钢铁(武钢)(集团)公司职工总医院成年体检人群资料10 405人,男女比例为1.83∶1.00,平均年龄50岁,运用SPSS 16.0进行U检验、χ2检验和Logistic回归分析等统计分析。结果武钢社区人群高血压检出率为25.3%,男性高于女性(28.7%比19.2%,P<0.01),且男性和女性高血压的检出率均随着年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的增加而升高,随着高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的增加而降低;在相同年龄、BMI、空腹血糖和血脂条件下,男性高血压检出率高于女性。根据Logistic回归分析,男性、年龄、BMI、空腹血糖、三酰甘油和低HDL-C为高血压的危险因素。结论武钢社区高血压呈明显的高发趋势。男性、年龄、BMI、空腹血糖、三酰甘油和低HDL-C为高血压的危险因素。Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension and its risk factors in Wuhan Iron and Steel Community, Wuhan, China. Methods From January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009, the annual examination data of 10 405 workers at Wuhan Iron and Steel （Group} Corporation was collected and analyzed by U-test, z test with SPSS 16.0 software, and by Logistic regression analysis. The male to female ratio was 1.83 ： 1.00, and the aver- age age was 50 years old. Results The hypertension prevalence was 25.3%, and it was higher in males than in fe- males （28.7 % vs 19.2 %, P〈 0.01 }. The hypertension prevalence in both genders was increasing with the in- crease of age, body mass index （BMI）, fasting plasma glucose （FPG}, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol {LDL-C） levels, but was decreasing with the higher level of high density lipoprotein {HDL-C）. At the same age, BMI, FPG and serum lipids level, the hypertension prevalence in males was higher than in fe- males. Logistic analysis indicated that male gender, age, BMI, FPG, triglyceride and low HDL-C were risk factors for hypertension. Conclusions There is a tendency of increasing hypertension prevalence in Wuhan Iron and Steel Community. Male, age, BMI, FPG, triglyceride and low HDL-C are risk factors for hypertension.
