摘 要:介绍了UBF-MBR-NF-RO处理工艺在垃圾渗沥液废水处理工程中的实际应用,分析并总结了工程设计及运行的经验。实践表明,经UBF-MBR-NF-RO工艺处理后,废水中各项污染物浓度能够满足GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用—工业用水水质标准》后回用至循环冷却水补充用水,可实现垃圾渗沥液的零排放。该工艺具有运行稳定和处理效率高等优点,为企业带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。The paper introduced the practical application of UBF-MBR-NF-RO process in waste leachate wastewatertreatment, analyzed and summarized the experience in designing and running of the project. Engineering practice andprocess analysis showed that concentration of pollutants in wastewater by UBF-MBR-NF-RO treatment process could meetthe standards of “the reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality standard for industrial uses” (GB/T19923-2005), andwastewater could be reused to replenish circulating cooling water, which can be achieved zero emissions of landfill leachate.The whole process had some advantages such as stabilization and high efficiency, which brings good economic benefit andsocietal benefit to the company.
