摘 要:组合内窝孔玉米精密排种器是一种新型的内侧充种垂直圆盘排种器。影响该排种器转速提高的主要因素是其清种性能 ,而合理确定排种器参数是提高其清种性能的主要措施。本文对该排种器清种过程进行了分析 ,探明了清种过程中种子的运动规律及其影响因素 ,为建立该排种器的设计理论。A new type of vertical plate metering device filling in inside, i.e., corn precision metering device with concave metering inner cell was developed. Theoretical analysis and experimental research showed that the main effective factor of limitation of increasing the rotational velocity of the vertical plate is the clearing performance of the device, and it is main measure of raising the clearing performance to reasonably determine parameters of the device. In this paper, through the theoretical analysis of the clearing process of the seeds in filling holes, the moving law of the seeds, its mechanism and effective factors during clearing were clarified, the foundation of the design theory and optimal designing of the device was laid.
