摘 要:根系的生物量模型是森林生物量研究的重要内容。本研究以云南省普洱市思茅区天然林思茅松单株为研究对象,按东西南北4个方向挖掘和测定最大侧根的生物量。基于线性转换的幂函数模型和SAS软件的协方差模型,分析东西南北4个不同方向上的侧根生物量模型差异,在差异显著性分析的基础上,引入哑变量构建基于根径单变量(DR)和根径平方与根长乘积复合变量(DR2LR)的对数转换后的四向侧根生物量的线性模型。研究表明:(1)基于单变量和复合变量的4个方向的侧根生物量模型差异性检验,北向的侧根均与其他3个方向的侧根生物量有显著的差异,而其他3个方向之间没有显著差异;(2)基于单变量和复合变量分别构建侧根生物量哑变量模型,其相关系数分别为0.668 8和0.754 4;复合变量模型的表现优于单变量的侧根生物量哑变量模型。The biomass model of tree roots system was the fundamental model for forest biomass research. The largest lateral root biomass of the four directions had been investigated in the natural forests of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis in Simao District of Yunnan Province. And the differences of lateral roots models among the different directions were analyzed by linear transformation models of the power function by ANCOVA ( Analysis of correlation variance) in SAS software package. Based on the analysis of significant differences, dummy variables linear models of lateral roots had been constructed with single variables ( root diameter, DR ) and composite variable ( the product of root diameter square and root length, DR2LR ) by the log-transformed power models. The results showed that: (1) It was a significant difference among the models of lateral root from the northern direction and the other three directions based on the single variable and complex variable, but there was no significant difference among the other three. (2) The dummy variable models of the largest lateral roots were constructed by using single variable and complex variables, the correlation coefficient were respectively 0. 668 8 and 0. 754 4. And the composite variable model had more powerful performance than the single variable model.
