梨果采收期与果实品质及耐贮性关系

摘　　要：‘鸭梨’、‘雪花梨’是河北省2个主栽梨树品种，生产上果实栗收期多在9月中旬和9月上旬，果实发育期分别为160—170d和140～145d，果实的采收期与其品质及耐贮性关系密切。通过测定分期采收的‘鸭梨’、‘雪花梨’的果实发育天数、各种理化性状指标及其贮藏期的变化规律，推测其最佳的采收期。结果表明，在石家庄地区，‘鸭梨’、‘雪花梨’适宜长期贮藏的采收期为9月21—28日；短期贮藏或即时销售的果实可适当延后采收，推迟到10月上旬。Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd. ＇ Yali＇ and P. bretschneideri Rehd. ＇ Xuehuali＇ is the two main pear cultivars in Hebei Province. The fruit harvest time always was in the middle September and early September in production, respectively. The fruit development period of the two pears was 160 - 170 d and 140 - 145 d, respectively. Harvest time is closely related to fruit quality and storability. By comparing the period variation of fruit development, physical and chemical characters and its storage period in different harvest time of the two varieties, the optimal harvest time was proposed. The results demonstrated that the suitable harvest time of P. bretschneideri Rehd. ＇ Yali＇ and P. bretschneideri Rehd. ＇ Xuehuali＇ in Shijiazhuang for long-term storage was 21st to 28st in September. If the fruits were used for short-term storage or instant sales, the harvest time could be appropriately put off the harvesting time to early October.
