家畜伊氏锥虫灭活苗制备及免疫研究观察

摘　　要：4种佐剂制备的伊氏锥虫灭活苗 ,通过小鼠免疫筛选试验 ,发现Ⅳ号佐剂苗安全性好 ,免疫原性强 ,ES抗原在免疫保护中起重要作用。用Ⅳ号佐剂制备的湖北、江苏、广西株伊氏锥虫灭活苗 ,通过小鼠和家兔 2次免疫 ,对同株虫体的攻击小鼠分别获得 2 0 / 2 0、12 / 12和 2 0 / 2 0的保护 ,并耐受第 2、第 3次攻击 ,免疫期长达 3～ 5个月以上。家兔获得 7/ 8保护 ,体重明显增加 ,中和凝集抗体效价 1∶10～ 80倍。对照小鼠。The inactivated vaccines of T.evansi prepared with four adjuvants were screened by mice.The results showed that the adjuvant vaccine Ⅳ was the best one in the aspects of safety and immunogenetics,and the ES antigen of the parasite played an important role in protective immunity.After the mice and rabbits were immunized artificially twice with three inactivated vaccines of Hubei,Jiangsu and Guangxi strain of T.evansi prepared with the adjuvant IV,the immune rates that the mice obtained to resist challenge of the same strain parasite respectively were 20/20,12/12 and 20/20,and the mice could also resist 2nd and 3rd challenges and the immune period was as long as from 3 to 5 months.7/8 of the immune rabbits were protected and their body weights were increased obviously and the titer of antibody was 1:10～80 by neutralization and agglutination,but all the control mice and rabbits died of the illness.
