安阳市居民用水价格承受能力扩展线性模型的构建与实证研究

摘　　要：以经典需求函数理论为基础，借鉴国内外有关居民生活用水价格承受能力测度方法研究成果，构建了安阳市居民用水价格承受能力扩展线性模型。基于2003年-2010年安阳市不同收入组城镇居民年人均可支配收入及各项消费支出数据．通过居民生活用水消费需求函数参数估计值的计算及统计检验，深入分析了居民生活用水消费支出的边际消费倾向、居民生活用水需求的收入弹性、居民生活用水基本消费需求支出水平、历年居民水费负担水平，对不同收入水平城镇居民生活用水价格承受能力进行了科学测度。Based on the classical demand function theory, the author sets up the extended linear model of residential water price afford,ability in Anyang city by referencing the relevant research results on at home and abroad. Based on per capita dis- posable income and the consumption expenditure data of different income groups in Anyang from 2003 to 2010, the author analyzed the marginal propensity to consume of residential water consumption, income elasticity of residential water demand , residential water charge affordability of these years and forecasts the water charge affordability of different income levels of ur- ban residents after testing and calculating the estimated value of consumption and demand function of residential water.
