摘　　要：本文简要介绍了钢骨混凝土转换构件在泉港区行政管理中心结构设计中的应用和分析,描述了钢骨混凝土转换构件的一些设计思路、受力性能、节点连接构造及抗震加强措施,其中的一些思路可供同类工程设计参考。This paper briefly introduces the application and analysis of steel -reinforced concrete transfer members in the structural design of Quangang district administrative center, describes some design ideas, mechanical properties, node splices details and seismic strengthening measures of steel - reinfot＇ced con- crete transfer members , some ideas of which can be used as reference to the design of engineering.
