摘　　要：目的了解上海市闸北区游泳场馆水质卫生状况,找出存在的问题和原因,提供有效的处理措施,保障游泳池水质卫生,保障游泳者的身体健康,严防传染性疾病的暴发流行。方法 2010年对闸北区14家持证游泳场馆进行水质预调查,根据监测结果针对主要问题提出建议,2011—2012年对所选游泳场馆进行水质监测。结果 2010年监测672件游泳池水质指标,合格率为88.69%。其中合格率最低指标为尿素,合格率仅为52.68%;3年水质监测合格率比较(χ2=13.11)和尿素检测合格率比较(χ2=8.59),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);不同类型游泳场馆比较,专营游泳池和会所游泳池合格率较低,通过3年监测、宣传显示,酒店游泳池、专营游泳池合格率升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查前后游泳场馆卫生设施、管理评分及游泳顾客满意度调查得分升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闸北区游泳池水质存在一定卫生安全问题,其中尿素指标合格率较低,通过干预措施水质安全情况能够得到一定改善,应该对经营者进行加强管理及水质安全知识宣传。[Objective] To understand the sanitary status of natatorium in Zhabei District of Shanghai City, to identify the existed problem and reasons, to provide effective measures,to ensure swimming pool water sanitation,to protect the health of swimmers, and prevent outbreaks of infectious diseases. [ Methods ] Water quality certified pre-investigation was performed on 14 certified swimming pools. Suggestions were put forward to main problems according to surveillance results. Water quality surveillance was performed on selected swimming pools from 2011-2012. [ Results] A total of 672 water samples of swimming pool were monitored, with a pass rate of 88. 69% ？ The indicator with lowest pass rate was urea （52. 68% ）. The qualified rates of water quality and urea were significantly different between 3 years （ all P 〈0. 01）. Comparing different types of swimming pools, the qualified rates of franchise pool and clubhouse pool were relatively low. By 3-year surveillance and advocacy, the qualified rates of hotel swimming pool and the franchise pool increased significantly （P 〈0.05）. The swimming pool health facilities,management ratings,customer satisfaction were significantly different before and after investigation （P 〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion]There are some sanitary and safety issues in swimming pool water of Zhabei District, including low pass rate of urea indicators, the water quality can be improved through interventions. It is necessary to strengthen management and water safety knowledge propaganda among operators.
