摘  要:对于供热规模较小的系统,通过计算分析,认为当分阶段改变循环流量100%,75%且由2台同型号水泵并联运行实现时,75%负荷下循环水泵运行电耗并非为额定负荷时的42.2%,一般大于42.2%。在考虑调速装置及电动机能耗情况下给出了热网分阶段调节最优运行方式。Through calculation and analysis, finds that, when the circulating water flow rate varies from 100% to 75% in a small-scale heating system with two pumps of the same type running in parallel, the power consumption of the pump in 75% of toad is not 42.2% of that in the rated load, which is generally larger than 42.2%. Given the power consumption of the speed adjusting device and the motors, provides an optimal operation scheme with quality adjustment scheme by stages.
