摘　　要：介绍了以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)的分析过程,并以风冷涡旋式冷水机组为例说明RCM技术的具体应用。提出基于RCM的空调设备维修管理系统的功能模块和系统流程。该管理系统可通过在空调设备维修现场检测得到的实时数据信息以及数据库中已有相关数据对故障进行逻辑决断,辅助分析人员作出正确的维修决策并优化维修策略,同时该系统可以根据决策结果生成空调设备的预防维修大纲,用于科学地指导维修技术人员展开维修工作,从而提高空调设备的可靠性。Presents the analysis procedure of reliability-centered maintenance （RCM） and illustrates the application of RCM on air-cooled scroll chiller. Proposes the functional modules and system flow of maintenance management system for air conditioning equipment based on RCM. The system can analyse the failure logically through the data of spot inspection and database, assisting the analyst to make correct maintenance decision and optimize the maintenance strategy. Meanwhile, according to the decision, the system can generate preventive maintenance program for air conditioning equipment. The program can direct the maintenance technician to maintain resasonably. Consequently, improves the reliability of air conditioning equipment.
