日粮蛋白水平对育雏育成期淮南麻黄鸡生长发育的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨日粮蛋白（cP）水平对淮南麻黄鸡种鸡育雏育成期生长性能、体尺及第二性征和生殖器官指标的影响，选择1350只2周龄淮南麻黄鸡母鸡，随机分为高蛋白（HP）、中蛋白（MP）和低蛋白（IJP）3个处理组，每个处理3次重复，每次重复150只，试验3个阶段日粮蛋白水平由低到高依次为，2～6周16．0％、18．0％、20．0％，7～11周13．5％、15．0％、16．5％和12～18周13．0％、14．0％、15．0％，其他各阶段处理组间日粮组分和营养水平基本保持一致。结果显示：第6周末平均体重，HP组显著高于LP和MP组（P〈0．05），而对其他各阶段的各项指标的影响差异不显著（P〉0．05）。3～5周HP和MP组的平均胫长均显著高于LP组（P〈0．05），而HP和MP组之间平均胫长的差异不显著（P〉O．05）；除在第14周时，HP组的胫围显著高于MP、LP组，蛋白水平对育成期胫长、胫围的影响差异不显著（P〉0．05）。在第15周MP组肉垂高度显著高于LP组，16周冠长、冠厚HP组显著高于LP组（P〈0．05），日粮蛋白水平对其他周龄的各项体尺指标影响差异不显著（P〉0．05）。日粮蛋白水平对育成期卵巢和输卵管各项指标均无显著影响（P〉0．05）。0～6周，在代谢能为11．96MJ／kg时，日粮适宜蛋白水平为20．0％；7～11周，在代谢能为11．73MJ／kg时，日粮适宜蛋白水平为15．0％；12～18周，在代谢能为11．69MJ／kg时，日粮适宜蛋白水平为14．O％。A trial was performed to study the effect of dietary protein levels on growth performance, body measurement and reproductive organs index of Huainan partridge chicken breeder during the brood incubation period. 1350 Huainan partridge chickens at 2-week-old were randomly allocated to 3 treatments. The experiment was pulled out in four stages based on the ages of 2-6, 7-11 and 12-18 weeks and the crude protein （CP） levels were 16. 0% , 18.0%, 20. 0% and 13.5% , 15.0%, 16. 5% and 13.0% , 14. 0% , 15.0%, respectively. The results showed that chickens fed by HP diet had significantly greater average weights than those in MP and LP groups at the end of six weeks （P〈0. 05）. Shank length of HP and MP groups was significantly higher than that of LP group during the weeks 3 to 5. Secondary sexual characteristics of each group had no significant difference, but wattle height of MP group was significantly greater than that of LP group （P〈 0. 05） at the age of 15 weeks, and comb length and thickness of HP group were significantly greater than those of LP group （ P〈0. 05） at the age of 16 weeks. Reproductive organs index had no significant differences among three treatments （P〉0. 05 ）. In conclusions, when the dietary metabolic energy （ME） was 11.96 MJ/kg, the appropriate CP level for Huainan partridge chickens of 2 to 6 weeks of age was 20. 0% ; when the dietary ME was 11.73 MJ/kg, the appropriate CP level for7 to 11 weeks of age was 15.0% ; when the dietary ME was 11.69 MJ/ kg, the appropriate CP level for 12 to 18 weeks of are was 14. 0%.
