摘  要:目的:研究TRKC在MRMT-1骨癌痛模型的表达变化。方法:利用MRMT-1细胞胫骨注射复制骨癌痛大鼠模型,同时设立正常组做对照。术后28 d活取脊髓腰膨大采用Real Time PCR检测TRKC表达量,并进行统计学分析。结果:正常组大鼠脊髓可见TRKC mRNA表达,骨癌痛组大鼠脊髓中TRKC mRNA表达较正常组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本实验发现骨癌疼大鼠脊髓内TRKC表达明显下降,为进一步研究TRKC与疼痛的关系提供了重要依据。Objective:To investigate the expression of TRKC in cancer-induced bone pain models. Methods: Cancer-induced bone pain models were established via tibia injection of MRMT-1 cells, and normal group was designed as control. 28days after sarcoma injection, TRKC mRNA expression of lumbar enlargement of spinal cord was measured using Real Time PCR. Results:The expression of TRKC mRNA in bone cancer pain group was decreased compared with normal group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:This study found that TRKC expression significantly decreased in the bone cancer pain models, which provides an important basis for further studying the relationship between bone pain and TRKC.
