摘 要:针对导轨式发射导弹过程中,由于推力偏心作用使导弹出箱过程出现低头效应,影响导弹发射安全性的问题。选择某一典型算例,通过受力分析及仿真计算模拟导弹出箱姿态,得到导弹发射过程中的低头角度、下沉量等关键数据,同时,考虑了导弹质心位置前移以及受到风载荷作用下对导弹的低头角的影响作用。为弹箱协调设计以及滑块与滑轨间隙设计提供了依据。The way of container launching using rail is adopted to launch missile, because of thrust mis- alignment, the phenomenon of missile sinking in the process of the missile out of container is appeared, and it is an important problem for launch safety. The missile motion attitude have been analyzed when it is out of the container, and the simulation of missile launch process have been studied. The key parame- ters are obtained, such as sinking angle and subsidence. At the same time, the influence of missile een- troid foward and the wind load on missile motion attitude have been considered. The simulation results provide the basis for the container coordinate design and the space design between guide rail and slide.
