摘  要:针对波纹火焰筒提出了刚模逐节冲压成形、刚模对称冲压成形、粘性介质外压成形和粘性介质内压成形等四种成形方案,并对其成形过程进行了有限元分析,得到了四种成形工艺方案的壁厚分布、壁厚减薄率分布和卸载回弹结果。研究表明,粘性介质外压成形得到的波纹火焰筒构件的壁厚分布最为均匀,卸载回弹量最小,壁厚减薄率小于粘性介质内压成形。Four formed plans of ripple flame chamber are put forward. These formation plans include stepped stamping of rigid mould, symmetrical stamping of rigid mould, viscous medium formation of ex- ternal pressure and viscous medium formation of internal pressure. Formed process is analyzed through fi- nite-element. The distribution of wall thickness, the distribution of wall thickness reduction ratio and the rebound result after unload are obtained. Research indicate that distribution of wall thickness of viscous medium formation of external pressure is the evenest and the rebound result after unload is the least. The reduction ratio of wall thickness of external pressure is less than the internal pressure' s.
