京津城际高速铁路运营标准体系研究

摘　　要：京津城际高速铁路运营标准体系遵循简化、统一、协调、优化的基本原则,依据相关国家标准,针对京津城际高速铁路运营技术和管理,通过收集、分析、规划、优化各类标准性文件,形成涵盖技术标准体系、管理标准体系和工作标准体系,具有高速铁路运营特色的企业标准体系,有效地解决了标准、技术规章、管理文件的相互兼容问题,为京津城际高速铁路运营提供了科学有效、系统规范的技术基础支持。Following the principles of simplification, uniform, eoordination, optimization, and according to the relative national standards, and based on the operation technologies and management of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity High-speed Railway, by collecting, analyzing, planning, optimizing many types of standards or similar docu- ments, an enterprise standards system with high-speed railway operation characteristics is formulated. This system covers technical standards, management standards, work standards. It effectively solves the problem of compatibili- ty among standards, technical rules and management documents, and then forms a scientific, effective, systemat- ic and standard technical basis to support the operation of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity High-speed Railway.
