摘　　要：在实验室范围内,对C.I.活性蓝198色基合成过程中的氧化环合反应进行了研究。主要探讨了硫酸浓度及用量、过硫酸铵用量、反应温度以及反应时间等因素对氧化环合反应的影响,并选出优化实验条件。在优化条件下,所合成C.I.活性蓝198色基的HPLC纯度达到87%以上,收率达88%以上。The cyclization for the chromophore of C. I. Reactive Blue 198 was studied. The effects of the concentration and the amount of the sulfuric acid, the dosage of ammonium persulfate, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the cyclization were discussed, respec- tively. The optimal conditions was obtained, the yield of the synthesized product was 88%, with a HPLC purity of over 87%.
