摘　　要：By using the Leray-Schauder degree theory we give the concrete sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness of solutions of a class two point boundary value problems for fourth-order nonlinear differential equation.本文利用Ｌｅｒａｙ－Ｓｃｈａｕｄｅｒ理论。
