摘 要:本试验旨在探讨陈皮苷制剂对爱拔益加( AA)肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数及小肠黏膜形态结构的影响。试验选用200羽1日龄健康AA肉鸡,随机分为5个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10羽。5个处理的AA肉鸡分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、50、100、150、200 mg/kg陈皮苷制剂的试验饲粮。试验期为42 d。结果表明:1)在15~28日龄及29~42日龄阶段,随着陈皮苷制剂添加水平的增加, AA肉鸡的平均日增重、料重比分别呈线性增加和线性降低( P〈0.05)。200 mg/kg组AA肉鸡的平均日增重、料重比分别显著高于和低于对照组(P〈0.05),但均与150 mg/kg 组差异不显著(P >0.05)。2)当陈皮苷制剂添加水平为200 mg/kg时,14、28日龄AA肉鸡的法氏囊指数显著升高( P〈0.05),而当陈皮苷制剂添加水平为100 mg/kg时,28日龄AA肉鸡的肝脏指数和脾脏指数及42日龄AA肉鸡的脾脏指数均显著升高( P〈0.05)。3)饲粮中添加150、200 mg/kg陈皮苷制剂均可增加28、42日龄AA肉鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛高度,降低隐窝深度,升高绒毛高度/隐窝深度( V/C ),但150与200 mg/kg组之间大多差异不显著(P〉0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中添加陈皮苷制剂可改善AA肉鸡的小肠黏膜形态结构并促进其生长,其免疫功能也得到一定程度的提高。综合考虑生长性能、免疫器官指数及小肠黏膜形态结构指标,AA肉鸡饲粮中陈皮苷制剂的适宜添加水平为150 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of hesperidin preparation on growth perform-ance, immune organ indexes and small intestinal mucosal morphology of Arbor Acres ( AA) broilers. A total of 200 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly assigned to 5 treatments with 4 replicates per treatment and 10 broilers per replicate. AA broilers in the 5 treatments were fed experimental diets supplemented with 0 ( control group), 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg/kg hesperidin preparation in the basal diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows:1) the average daily gain (ADG) and average daily feed intake ( ADFI) of AA broilers aged from 15 to 28 days and 29 to 42 days appeared a trend of linear increase and a trend of linear decrease with the increase of hesperidin preparation supplemental level, respectively ( P〈0. 05). The ADG and ADFI of AA broilers aged from 15 to 28 days and 29 to 42 days in 200 mg/kg group were significantly higher and lower than those in control group, respectively (P〈;0. 05), but there were no significant differences between 150 and 200 mg/kg groups ( P >0 . 05 ) . 2 ) The bursa of Fabricius index of AA broilers aged 14 and 28 days was significantly increased when hesperidin preparation supplemental level was 200 mg/kg ( P〈0 . 05 ) , and the liver index and spleen index of AA broilers aged 28 days and the spleen index of AA broilers aged 42 days when hesperidin preparation supplemental level was 100 mg/kg ( P〈;0 . 05 ) . 3 ) The supplementation of 150 and 200 mg/kg hesperidin preparation could increase villi height, de-crease crypt depth and raise villi height/crypt depth ( V/C) in duodenum, jejunum and ileum of AA broilers aged 28 and 42 days, but most of them were found no significant differences between 150 and 200 mg/kg groups ( P >0 . 05 ) .
