摘　　要：目的探索与跨海作战情况下血液保障相适应的血液保障对策。方法分析跨海作战情况下血液保障存在的问题,提出针对跨海作战血液保障的对策。结果跨海作战情况下的血液保障不同于普通战争时的血液保障,需要建立与之相适应的血液保障模式。结论要从战前充分准备,战时持续保障,战后及时总结三方面着手建立应对跨海作战血液保障的对策。Objective To explore the countermeasure fit for the blood supportability in overseas war. Methods The problems of blood supportability in overseas war were analysed. The countermeasures were presented. Results The blood supportability in overseas war was different from that in normal war and the blood supportability fit for overseas war should be established. Conclusion Sufficient preparation before the war, continuous support during the war, and timely summarization after the war are the countermeasure to establish blood supportability in overseas war.
