三七破壁饮片及其常规饮片的凝血作用比较研究

摘　　要：目的以三七破壁饮片及其常规饮片作为受试药物,比较两者对家兔凝血作用的影响。方法通过家兔灌胃给药及家兔血浆体外实验,观察三七破壁饮片及其常规饮片对血液的作用,并比较三七破壁饮片与常规饮片的药效作用强弱。结果三七破壁饮片及其常规饮片均能缩短家兔凝血时间、缩短家兔凝血酶原时间、缩短家兔血浆复钙时间,且三七破壁饮片的作用强于常规饮片。结论三七破壁饮片的药效作用优于常规饮片。Objective To compare the coagulation effect of notoginseng broken pieces and conventional decoction pieces on rabbit. Methods The effect of notoginseng broken pieces and its conventional decoction pieces on the blood was observed by rabbit intragastric administration and rabbit plasma in vitro experiment, and the pharmacodynamics between the two were compared. Results Notoginseng broken pieces and its conventional decoction pieces could shorten the clotting time, the prothrombin time and the recalcification time of rabbit. And the pharmacodynamics efficacy of notoginseng broken pieces was better than the conventional decoction pieces. Conclusion The pharmacodynamics efficacy of notoginseng broken pieces is better than the conventional decoction pieces.
