玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 研究关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合口服氨基葡萄糖治疗轻中度膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法 将124例轻中度膝关节骨性关节炎患者完全随机分为对照组（单纯关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,62例）和观察组（关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠＋口服氨基葡萄糖,62例）.对2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）及Lysholm评分变化进行统计分析,并计算其临床总有效率.结果 治疗5周后,观察组和对照组患者VAS明显低于治疗前[（3.1±0.9）分比（7.1±1.9）分,（4.8±1.2）分比（7.2±1.6）分,均P＜0.05],Lysholm评分明显高于治疗前[（92±16）分比（46±12）分,（77±15）分比（45±12）分,均P＜0.05];观察组治疗后VAS低于对照组（P＜0.05）,Lysholm评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组治疗后总有效率[95.2％ （59/62）]高于对照组[64.5％ （40/62）]（P＜0.05）.结论 关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合口服氨基葡萄糖治疗轻中度膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,可明显改善膝关节功能,缓解患者疼痛.Objective To study the clinical efficacy of articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate combined oral glucosamine treatment mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis,and to explore its clinical application value.Methods All 124 patients with mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group （simple articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate,62 cases） and observation group （articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate ＋ oral glucosamine,62 cases）.Before and after treatment,the visual analogue scale（VAS） score and the Lysholm scale changes were analyzed,and the clinical total effective rate was calculated.Results Five weeks after the treatment,VAS score decreased significantly in both groups [（3.1 ± 0.9） scores vs （7.1 ± 1.9） scores,（4.8 ± 1.2） scores vs （7.2 ± 1.6） scores ; P ＜ 0.05],Lysholm score increased significantly [（92 ± 16） scores vs （46 ± 12） scores,（77 ± 15） scores vs （45 ± 12） scores ; P ＜ 0.05] ; after treatment,the VAS score in observation group was less than that of control group（P ＜ 0.05）,and the Lysholm score was higher than that of control group（P ＜ 0.05）.In observation group,total effective rate [95.2％ （59/62）] was higher than that in the control group [64.5 ％ （40/62）] （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate combined oral glucosamine treatment can significantly improve the function of knee joint,relieve patients pain.
