医院2010-2011年抗高血压药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的 分析武汉亚洲心脏病医院2010-2011年抗高血压药物的使用情况.方法 对本院2010-2011年抗高血压药物的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行统计分析.结果 2010-2011年血管紧张素受体拮抗药（ARB）销售总金额分别为3 375 456.45、4 592 050.09元,其排名均为第一,其次为血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、钙拮抗剂、复方制剂、其他抗高血压药物、β受体阻滞剂和利尿剂,其销售总金额排序2年间无变化.2010-2011年,钙拮抗药和沙坦类药物及复方制剂的零售金额不断增长,ACEI的零售金额有所下降.2010年序号比趋向于1.00的抗高血压药物有美托洛尔片、厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片、替米沙坦片、拉西地平片、非洛地平片、奥美沙坦酯片,2011年则有培哚普利片、贝那普利片、拉西地平片、厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片、替米沙坦片.结论 2010-2011年抗高血压药物应用基本合理,长效制剂越来越受到关注.Objective To analyze the use of anti-hypertensive drugs in Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital during 2010-2011 year.Methods The amount of antihypertensive medication frequency defined daily doses（DDDs） were analyzed.Results In year 2010 and 2011,the total amount of sales of angiotensin receptor antagonist （ARB） were 3 375 456.45,4 592 050.09 yuan,respectively,and the rankings were all the first,which followed by angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI）,a calcium antagonist,compound preparation,other anti hypertensive drugs,beta blockers and diuretics,and these total amount of sales ranking in 2 years had no changes.From year 2010 to 2011,the retail amount of calcium antagonist,ARB sartans and compound preparation were in the growing,while the retail amount of ACEI decreased.In year 2010,the anti hypertensive drugs that the number ratio tends to 1.00 were metoprolol tablets,irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide tablets,telmisartan tablets,lacidipine tablets,felodipine tablets,olmesartan medoxomil tablets,and in year 2011,the anti hypertensive drugs were perindopril tablets,benazepril hydrochloride tablets,lacidipine tablets,irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide hydrochlorothiazide tablets,telmisartan tablets,respectively.Conclusion During year 2010-2011,the application of anti-hypertensive drugs is basically reasonable.
