摘　　要：世界经济结构的固有矛盾是经济与金融危机频发的根源。随着中国等新兴经济体的崛起,世界经济格局正从传统的"中心一外围结构"走向"双循环结构",即以发达国家为中心的循环和以中国等新兴大国为中心的新循环并存的结构。双循环结构的形成有利于世界经济平衡与可持续发展,也有助于中国实现经济的转型升级。为推进双循环结构的形成,应大力开展发展中国家之间的"新南南合作",通过贸易、投资、金融、产业、区域一体化等合作形式,促进新经济循环的发展。The inherent contradiction borne in the current world economic system is the source of the frequent occurrence of economic crises.With the rise of the emerging-market economies,such as China,the world economic system is shifting away from a single 'core-periphery' pattern to a new 'dual-circulation' structure,with the emerging-market economies being a new center of activities together with the traditional center of the developed countries.The formation of such a structure can promote global economic balance and sustainable development;at the same time,it also helps to expedite China' s economic restructuring and upgrading.To accelerate the building of the 'dual-circulation' structure,we need to place more weight on the 'New South-South Cooperation' among the developing countries.They need to strengthen cooperation in trade,investment,finance,industry,regional integration,among others,to boost the development of the new economic structure.
