摘　　要：目的：分析干预项目对流动人口宫内节育器（IUD）使用和认知的影响，为进一步开展避孕节育促进项目提供参考。方法：采用多阶段整群抽样的方法抽取18～49岁流动人口（6304人），分为干预组（3330人）和对照组（2974人）。对照组开展常规计划生育服务，干预组实施包括倡导、动员、管理、培训等在内的一系列干预活动。分析干预项目对研究对象IUD使用和认知的影响，采用卡方检验、加权最小二乘估计模型等方法进行统计分析。结果：干预后，在基线调查和评估调查中都使用IUD的1688名研究对象中，对照组调查不知道所用IUD种类的比例由58．28％下降为43．77％；干预组基线调查不知道所用IUD种类的比例由66．56％下降为18．59％，2组组别和时间的交互作用项差异有统计学意义。结论：干预能提高流动人口对所用IUD种类的认识，进一步广泛推广针对流动人口的避孕节育干预项目具有重要的现实意义。Objective： To analyze the effects of the intervention program on IUD popularization in migrants ,so as to get the basic information for the further contraceptive promotion. Methods ：The muhi-stage and random cluster sampling was used to select 6 304 migrant population aged between 18 to 49 years. Those subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （2 974 migrants） was given routine service for family plan. The so-called intervention group （3 330 migrants） was given additional activities, including propose, mobilization, management and training. The data of IUI popularization was analyzed by the chi-square test and weighted least squares estimation model. Results：There were 1 688 subjects who were using IUD in both baseline survey and evaluation survey. In the control group,the rate of people who did not know IUD species declined to 43.77% from 58.28%. In the intervention group, this rate declined to 18.59% from 66.56%. There was significant difference between two groups, or between before and after treatment. Conclusions：Intervention can improve the IUD cognition in migrants. The further contraceptive intervention in migrants will be helpful for promoting family plan in practice.
