急性病毒性心肌炎患儿血清心肌酶与外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨急性病毒性心肌炎(VM)患儿血清心肌酶与外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的关系。方法采用TUNEL法和全自动生化分析仪对43例VM患儿(观察组)、37例健康儿童(健康对照组)外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率和心肌酶谱进行测定,分析外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率和心肌酶谱的相关性。结果观察组外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率和坏死率均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);心肌酶谱CK-MB、LDH、CK、HBDH均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且与外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率呈正相关(r=0.831、0.793、0.783、0.717,P均<0.05)。结论 VM患儿外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率的增加可能是导致患儿免疫功能低下的原因,心肌酶谱与外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率呈正相关。Objective To investigate the acute viral myocarditis （VM） serum cardiac enzymes and apoptosis in pe -ripheral blood lymphocytes.Methods Using TUNEL method and automatic biochemical analyzer VM measured 43 cases of children （study group） and 37 healthy children （healthy control group） in peripheral blood lymphocyte apoptosis and myocar -dial enzymes.Analysis peripheral blood lymphocyte apoptosis and myocardial enzymes correlation .Results It was observed that apoptosis and necrosis were significantly higher in peripheral blood lymphocyte in study group than that in the healthy con -trol group （ P ＆lt;0.05）.myocardial enzymes CK-MB, LDH, CK, HBDH in study group were higher than in the control group （ P ＆lt;0.05）, and peripheral blood lymphocyte apoptosis was positively correlated （ r =0.831, 0.793, 0.783, 0.717, P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Increase of VM peripheral blood lymphocyte apoptosis may be the cause of children with immune dys -function, and myocardial enzymes and peripheral blood lymphocyte apoptosis rate were positively correlated .
