摘 要:目的研究湖北钉螺川滇亚种在不同海拔高度种群的繁殖规律。方法在云南省大理市选择不同海拔点做为钉螺现场养殖区,投放相同密度的钉螺数,记录每日温度,观察钉螺的生存繁殖情况,进而研究温度与钉螺繁殖规律之间的相关性。结果在海拔高于2500m的地区温度低于14℃,有效发育积温小于3000日度,钉螺难以存活和繁殖,存活率低于50%,繁殖率接近于0%。结论随着海拔的逐渐增高,温度逐渐降低,钉螺的存活率、繁殖率及有效发育积温随着海拔的增加而降低。Objective To study the population reproductive regularity of the Oncomelania hupensis robertsoni in different altitude regions. Methods Different elevation region in the Dali prefecture were chosen as experi- mental sites and were put in the same density of oncomelania. Daily temperature and status of survival and re- production of the oncomelania were observed and recorded to study the correlation between temperature and re- productive regularity. Results In regions with altitude above 2500 m and temperature below 14℃, the accu- mulated temperature was lower than 3000 day degree and the survival rate of oncomelania was lower than 50% and breeding rate was close to 0%. Conclusion The survival rate, breeding rate of oncomlania and effective growth accumulated temperature tend to decrease with higher latitude.
