摘　　要：Gr2合金以其优良的综合性能应用于各个领域.采用金相、化学、硬度分析等方法对某Gr2合金棒材中的两处亮斑展开研究,通过对亮斑部位和基体的显微组织形貌、化学成分和硬度的研究,发现缺陷部位显微组织与基体存在本质差异,得出亮斑出现的原因是材料热处理时局部升温过高的结论.Gr2 alloy features excellent comprehensive properties and therefore is widely applied. Based on metallography, chemical and hardness analysis, we make a study of the two bright spots in Gr2 alloy bar. The microstructure of bright spot defects and matrix demonstrate funda- mental differences. Overheating in the process of heat treatment accounts for the appearance of bright spots.
