摘　　要：肺奴卡菌病是奴卡菌引起的严重感染，近年来发病率有上升趋势。病死率较高，早期诊断及有效的治疗是改善预后的关键。本文就肺奴卡菌病的病原学及危险因素、临床表现、治疗进展予以综述。Pulmonary nocardiosis is a severe ;infectious diasease caused by Nocardia baeteriurn with increasing incidence and high mortality. Early ＆agnosls and effective therapy are imperative to achmve successful outcomes. This review addresses ＂the microbiology, risk factors, clinical presentations, and management strategies of pulmonary nocardiosis.
