摘　　要：目的探讨法洛氏四联症合并体肺侧枝循环行Hybrid手术围手术期的护理要点。方法对6例法洛氏四联症合并体肺侧枝循环患者,进行术前、术后护理及出院指导。结果 6例患者均顺利出院,无一例出现胸腔积液、灌注肺、低心排等术后并发症。结论 Hybrid手术应用在法洛氏四联症合并体肺侧枝循环,在降低手术难度、简化外科手术操作的同时,提高了手术成功率,减少患者痛苦,缩短住院时间,改善患者预后,提高了护理质量,与常规法洛氏四联症根治术的护理上有一定的差别,但是整体上护理难度有所降低。Objective To investigate nursing emphasis during the perioperative period of Hybrid surgery in patients with the tetralogy of Fallot complicated with aortopulmonary collateral circulation. Methods Six patients of tetralogy of Fallot with aortopulmonary collateral circulation were performed with the intraoperative and postoperative care and discharge guidance. Results All 6 patients were discharged smoothly, without pleural effusion, pulmonary perfusion, low cardiac output, or other postoperative complications. Conclusion The application of Hybrid operation in the tetralogy of Fallot with aortopulmonary collateral circulation reduces the difficulty of operation, simplifies the surgical procedure, and improves the success rate of the surgery. Beyond that, it also relieves the patients pain, shortens hospitalization time, and improves outcomes and nursing quality. Its nursing care differs with that of conventional tetralogy of Fallot, but its overall difficulty decreases.
