全程陪伴分娩的产时服务模式对产科质量的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨全程陪伴分娩的产时服务模式对产科质量的作用。方法:以本院2011年1月-2013年1月间收治的100例正常分娩产妇为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。所有产妇均行基础产前准备与护理,观察组施行全程陪伴分娩。比较两组产妇术前生理应激指标、出血量、术后抑郁情况、母婴保健知识和对产科服务的满意度之间的差异。结果:观察组产妇术前生理应激水平和术后抑郁水平均低于对照组,出血量少于对照组,母婴保健知识和对产科服务的满意度均高于对照组,两者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程陪伴分娩的产时服务模式对于提高产科质量具有积极意义,其可以降低产妇围产期应激水平、减少出血量、降低产妇产后抑郁程度、提高产妇对于母婴保健知识的掌握度,增强其对产科服务的评价。Objective：To analyze the effect of accompanied delivery in the development of the quality of obstetrical department.Method：One hundred cases of puerpera with vaginal delivery were divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 50 cases.The control group was used conventional perinatal plan and the observation group was additional accompanied delivery.The differences of preoperative physiological stress indicators,blood loss,postoperative depression,maternal and infant health care knowledge and obstetric services satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result：The preoperative physiological stress indicators and postoperative depression level of the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The maternal and infant health care knowledge and obstetric services satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It will get a satisfactory effect to use accompanied delivery in the development of the quality of obstetrical department,with lower level of preoperative physiological stress indicators and postoperative depression,less blood loss and better maternal and infant health care knowledge and obstetric services satisfaction.
