摘  要:采用酮肼(DAAM-ADH)和有机硅单体A-171为交联体系,以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为主要单体原料,采用氧化还原引发体系,通过乳液聚合方法合成了一种自交联型阳离子苯丙乳液用于纸张表面涂料;通过对纸张施胶度和环压指数的测定,得出当乳化剂用量占单体总量的3%(质量分数,后同),m(St)∶m(BA)=3∶1,DAAM-ADH用量占单体总量的3%,有机硅用量占单体总量的2%时,制备的阳离子树脂用于纸张表面涂料,使纸张的施胶度从24 s提高到60 s,环压指数从5.1 N·m·g-1提高到8.6 N·m·g-1,施胶效果显著。By taking the ketone-hydrazide (DAAM-ADH) and organosilicone monomer A-171 as the crosslinking system and the styrene (St), butyl acrylate (BA) and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as the main monomers, a self-crosslinking cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion for paper surface coatings was synthesized into through the emulsion polymerization with the redox initiation system. The tests for the sizing degree and ring crush index of the paper showed that, when the emulsifier amount, DAAM-ADH amount and organosilicone amount accounted for 3% [m (St) ; m (BA) =3 ; 1], 3% and 2% of the total monomer amount respectively, the prepared cationic resin was used as a paper surface coatings, so that the sizing degree of paper could be improved from 24 s to 60 s and the ring crush index from 5.1 N ·m·g^-1 to 8.6 N ·m·g^-1, indicating the sizing effect is significant.
