摘　　要：以氢化双酚A环氧树脂和改性脂肪胺固化剂为基料制备无溶剂耐候性涂料,并通过正交试验确定了配方中各颜填料的用量。该涂料耐候性能、耐介质性能优异,可应用于风力发电、船舶、桥梁、大型露天鱼池、大型钢结构、海上石油平台、高速公路、高速铁路等设施的装饰防护。A solvent-free weather resistance coating was prepared by taking the hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin and modified aliphatic amine （curing agent） as the base materials and the orthogonal test was carried out to determine the content of various pigments ＆ fillers in the formula. Due to the excellent weather resistance and medium resistance, this coating could be used for the decoration and protection in the facilities of the wind electric power generation, ship, bridge, large-scale open-air fish pond, large steel structure, offshore oil platform, expressway, high-speed railway, etc..
