摘　　要：新型城镇化,就是要突出"四个新型"。一是以异地转移的农民工为对象主体,二是以促进农民工市民化为宗旨,三是以城市群为空间承载,四是必须以体制机制创新为动力。促进农民工的市民化,是新型城镇化的关键任务;依托城市群承载更多的新市民,是新型城镇化的关键路径。The essence of the ＂new＂ of the ＂new urbanization＂ is the ＂Four New Type＂. Firstly, the subject is the migrant workers of the cross-district transfer. Secondly, the purpose is to accelerate the citizenization of the migrant workers. Thirdly, using the urban agglomeration as the carrying capacity of the space. Lastly, system and mechanism innovation must be employed as power. Accelerating the citizenization of the migrant workers is the key task of the new urbanization. Using the urban agglomeration to carry more citizens is the critical path of the new urbanization.
