摘  要:选择避蚊胺(DEET)作为芳纶纤维的分散染料染色载体,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射法(XRD)、声速法和可见光谱等方法,考察避蚊胺对芳纶纤维的玻璃化温度、结晶度、取向度及对染料溶解性的影响;通过测试芳纶纤维分散染料染色吸附等温线和上染速率曲线,考察避蚊胺对芳纶纤维分散染料染色扩散系数、扩散活化能和染色热力学参数的影响,探讨DEET作为芳纶纤维分散染料染色载体的作用机理。结果表明,避蚊胺对分散染料芳纶纤维染色具有良好的促进作用。在避蚊胺的作用下,染料的溶解度增大,芳纶纤维玻璃化温度和平均取向度降低,而结晶度、力学性能不变,有利于增大分散染料对芳纶纤维的染色亲和力和染料分子在纤维中的扩散系数,减小染料分子扩散活化能。Disperse dyeing of aramid fiber is carried out with N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide (DEET) as the carrier. The influence of DEET on glass transition temperature, crystalline structure and orientation degree of the treated aramid fiber is investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction analysis, velocity-oriented tester and visible spectrum, and the influence of DEET on diffusion coefficient, diffusion activation energy and dyeing dynamics are discussed by testing the equilibrium adsorption isotherm and adsorption rate curves, as well as the mechanism of DEEP as a carrier. The results indicate that DEET, as a dyeing carrier, has significant promoting effect in aramid dyeing by improving the solubility of the disperse dyes. It can reduce the glass transition temperature and orientation degree of the treated aramid fibers, and can improve the affinity and diffusion coefficient of disperse dye on aramid fibers, while dose not reduce the crystallinity and the mechanical properties.
