摘 要:分别采用UV/TiO2、UV/K2S2O8、UV/Na2S2O4三种光催化体系对阳离子染料染色腈纶纤维进行剥色处理,通过TG-DTG-DSC联用热分析法比较染色加工和剥色处理对纤维热分解性能的影响和变化。结果表明,与未处理的空白纤维相比,阳离子染色和光催化剥色处理,可显著影响或改变纤维的热分解特性:纤维的初始失重点、失重最快点及热分解峰顶温度降低,高温热分解速率下降,分解产物的残留率增大;而与染色腈纶纤维相比,不同光催化剥色体系处理对纤维的热分解性能影响程度相对较小,其中经UV/Na2S2O4光催化体系剥色处理后,纤维的耐高温分解特性反而有所改善。The thermal properties of acrylic cationic dyeings before and after color-stripping with UV/TiO2, UV/K2S2O8 and UV/Na2S2O4 photocatalytic system respectively are investigated by thermogravimetry (TG)-differential thermogravimetry (DTG)differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) method. The results show that the thermal stability of acrylic fiber is deteriorated partly after cationic dyeing and photocatalytic color-stripping with a decrease in the initial temperature of weight loss, the temperature of quick weight loss, the peak temperature of thermal decomposition and rate of thermal decomposition at higher temperature, as well as an enhanced residual content in comparison with the control sample. Compared with the acrylic dyeings, an ignored negative effect on the thermal decomposition property is observed after photocatalytic color-stripping, whereas an improved thermal stability at higher temperature is also available after photocatalytic stripping with UV/Na2S2O4 system.
