摘　　要：介绍自主设计的散纤维湿短蒸连续染色装置及其工作原理,并以雅格素红N-SB对棉纤维染色为例,进行生产工艺介绍及测试。结果表明,该散纤维染色设备结构合理,能实现连续生产,且具有节能减排优势;采用散纤维湿短蒸连续染色工艺的产品,牢度性能达到要求。Continuous shortened wet-steam dyeing device for cotton loose-stock and its working principle are introduced. Taking dyeing process of cotton loose-stock with Argazol Red N-SB as an example, the dyeing process and results are discussed. The results show that shortened wet-steam dyeing equipment achieves continuous production of cotton loose-stock, and has the advantages of energy saving and emission reduction. Color fastnesses of the dyeings can meet the performance requirements.
