摘  要:会宝岭铁矿拟采用全尾砂骨料和水泥胶凝剂进行嗣后充填,对料浆流动性及充填体强度开展全尾砂胶结充填料配比试验。采用回归正交组合设计方法对全尾砂料浆的坍落度、充填体养护28天和90天的强度性能进行了研究。结果表明:料浆浓度在70%~75%时可泵性较好;充填体养护28天和90天的抗压强度、弹性模量、内聚力随着料浆重量浓度、水泥用量的增加有增大的趋势;强度性能回归分析得出充填浓度75%、水泥用量10.5%的情况下,全尾砂胶结充填体达到满足该矿生产需要的最佳强度性能。The unclassified tailings as aggregate and the cement as gelling agent were used in Hui Bao Ling Iron Mine for subsequent filling ,and proportion test on backfilling material of cemented unclassified tailings was carried out to study the slurry fluidity and strength of filling body . Based on regression orthogonal combination design ,slurry slump degree of unclassified tailings ,strength properties of filling body within 28 days and 90 days were researched .Results showed that the slurry′s pump ability was great with slurry concentration varying from 70 percent to 75 percent .And the compressive strength ,elastic modulus ,cohesion of filling body cured for 28 days and 90 days have an increase tendency with the augment of slurry concentration in weight and cement dosage .It is revealed that the best strength performance of filling body ,with concentration 75 percent and cement dosage 10.5 percent can be achieved by strength properties regression analysis ,which meets the production of the mine .
