摘 要:运用工艺矿物学研究方法,采用偏光显微镜对某贫铁矿石的矿物组成、嵌布特征、工艺粒度及其工艺类型进行系统研究,并在此基础上,将矿石分为易解离易选型,易解离难选型及难解离难选型三种类型。结合生产实际,分别对易解离易选型和难解离难选型矿石进行了配矿试验。结果表明,当难解离难选型矿石的入选比例小于36.3%时可获得较好的选矿技术指标。The mineral composition ,the embedded character ,the particle size and the technology type of lean iron ore were studied by means of the theory of processing mineralogy ,the ore can be classified into three types :easy to disintegrate and easy to selection ;easy to disintegrate and hard to beneficiate ;hard to disintegrate and hard to beneficiate .The blending tests were carried out between the types of easy to disintegrate and easy to selection and hard to disintegrate and hard to beneficiate ,which based on the actual practice .The results showed that when the proportion of TypeⅢ ore is below 36 .3% ,the technical indexes will be better .
