摘  要:介绍了国内外甲醇制烯烃的技术进展、工业化应用及低碳烯烃的市场前景;对不同工艺生产甲醇的生产成本进行了分析,对以石油、煤基甲醇为原料生产烯烃的生产成本进行了比较。结果表明,以焦炉煤气生产的甲醇为原料制取烯烃具有成本优势,进而阐明了以焦炉煤气制取的甲醇为原料生产烯烃对山西省焦化产业优化升级的重要意义。Development and industrial application of MTO technology at home and abroad are comprehensively introduced and the market prospect of low carbon olefins is analyzed. The methanol production costs of different processes are analyzed and the cost of petroleum based olefins is compared with that of methanol based olefins. The result shows that the COG based methanol as raw material to produce olefins has advantage in cost according to the current market situation. Therefore, olefin projects based on methanol from COG is of great significance for the petrochemical development of Shanxi Province.
