摘  要:介绍了焦炉气制甲醇联产甲烷工艺,并利用Aspen Plus对该联产工艺进行了模拟。模拟结果显示,在给定焦炉气进料条件下,联产工艺可实现日产摩尔分数93.01%的甲烷6.31×105m3,年产摩尔分数99.43%的甲醇2.04×105t。分析了补碳量、新鲜合成气温度、压力及第二级精馏塔塔板数对甲醇产品的影响。结果表明,当补碳量约为625.00 kmol/h、新鲜合成气温度约为240℃、反应压力为6 000.00 kPa、第二级精馏塔理论塔板数为25块左右时,甲醇产品中甲醇摩尔分数达到最大值,为99.75%。The cogeneration process of methanol and methane from coke oven gas was developed in this paper. The cogeneration process was simulated by Aspen Plus. The simulation results showed that the cogeneration process could realize an output of 6.31x10^5 m3/d of 93.01% methane and 2.04x10^5 t/y of 99.43% methanol under the condition of the coke oven gas feed specified in the text. The impact of the amount of carbon supplement, the temperature of the fresh syngas and the plate number of the second distillation tower on the product methanol was analyzed. The analysis indicated that when the amount of supplement carbon was about 625.00 kmol per hour, the fresh syngas temperature was about 240 ℃ reaction pressure was about 6 000.00 kPa and the second distillation column plate number was about 25 pieces, the mole fraction of methanol was at its maximum (99.75%).
