摘  要:介绍了山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司焦化厂引进的德国UHDE公司的PROven技术及其4项功能,分析了该技术在生产中存在的主要问题:装煤时PROven压力波动、装煤时集气管压力波动、全自动功能偶尔不能实现、冲洗时压力波动、自动冲洗时氨水压力不足、PROven调节速度较慢、打开上升管时PROven系统微负压等,针对这些问题进行了原因分析和改进,并取得了明显的效果。PROven technology (imported from UHDE, Germany to the Coking Plant of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.) and its four functions were introduced, and its main problems occurred during operation were analyzed.
