摘  要:以硝酸铈和柠檬酸为原料,采用微波加热法制备纳米CeO2粒子,采用X射线衍射仪和透射电镜对产物进行表征,考察纳米催化剂在太阳光下的光催化活性。结果表明,当微波功率为450 W,微波加热时间为60 s时,制备的样品为萤石型立方结构的纳米CeO2粒子,平均粒径为19.62 nm;以纳米CeO2为光催化剂对次甲基蓝溶液进行降解实验,当催化剂添加质量浓度为0.6 g/L时,日光照射120 min后次甲基蓝的脱色率为82%,较研磨法提高了21%。Using cerium nitrate and citric acid as raw materials, nanometer CeO2 particles were prepared by microwave heating method. XRD and TEM were used to characterize the produas. Activities of prepared nano-photocatalysts were investigated under sunlight. The results show that the prepared samples are fluorite cubic nanometer CeO2 particles with the particle size of 19.62 nm when the microwave power is 450 W and the heating time is 60 s. Photodegradations of methylene blue in an aqueous solution is studied taking nanometer CeO2 particles as photocatalyers. After 120 min illumination, the decolorization rate of the methylene blue is 82% when using catalysts with mass concentration of 0.6 g/L, which is higher by 21% than that with CeO2 particles prepared by milling method.
