摘　　要：应急物资在应急管理工作中至关重要。如何科学整合应急物资需方与供方的信息、实现应急物资市场化运作是有效开展应急管理工作的前提。基于信息网络、以市场化为背景的应急服务网络平台,能有效结合市场配置资源与政府宏观调控的双重作用,全面提高应急物资需求方与供给方对于相关信息的获取能力,实现应急管理活动中应急物资的优化配置,进而有效提高各类组织应急管理工作的效率。Emergency supply is essential in emergency management work. How to integrate emergency supplies information of both demandside and supplyside scientifically, to achieve market operation of emergency supplies is the prerequisite of effectively emergen cy management. Based on information networks and use market as background, emergency services network platform can effectively com bine the dual role of market allocation of resources and the government＇s macrocontrol, improve the ability for the demandside and supplyside to acquire information which related to emergency management activities and optimize the configuration of emergency sup plies, and thus effectively improve the emergency management efficiency of various organizations.
