倒模疗法加异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察评价自血疗法联合倒模疗法及异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法随机选取经临床确诊的寻常型痤疮患者180例,并随机分为A,B,C组各60例,A组采用倒模疗法+外涂异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,B组采用自血疗法+外涂异维A酸红素凝胶治疗,C组采用自血疗法+倒模疗法+异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗。三组于治疗12周时进行疗效评价。结果 A,B,C三组有效率分别为63.33%,51.67%和83.33%;C组临床疗效优于A,B组(P<0.05)。观察期间未见严重的不良反应。结论自血疗法联合倒模疗法及异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮安全、可靠,疗效显著,不良反应少。Objective To observe the joint evaluation autohemotherapy mold treatments and isotretinoin erythro- mycin gel in the treatment of ache vulgaris efficacy and safety. Methods Randomly selected clinically diagnosed ache vulgaris 180 patients were divided into A, B, C group of 60 cases, A group was treated with mold therapy ＋ coated isotretinoin erythromycin gel group, B group was treated with autohemotherapy ＋ coated isotretinoin erythromycin gel group, C group was treated with autohemotherapy ＋ mold therapy ＋ coated isotretinoin erythromycin gel. Three groups at 12 weeks of treatment efficacy evaluation. Results A, B, C group, the total effective rate was 63.33%, 51.67% and 83.33%. C group clinical efficacy superior to A, B group（P 〈0.05）. During the observation period no serious ad- verse reactions. Conclusion Autohemotherapy joint mold therapy and isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of ache vulgaris erythromycin is safe, reliable and significant effect .
