摘　　要：患者女,62岁。头顶部肿块40余年,迅速增大2年。皮肤科情况:头顶部头皮见一大小为6.0 cm×5.5 cm×2.5 cm包块,质地中等偏软,无压痛及波动感,头皮变薄,头发稀疏。结合组织病理诊断为钙化上皮瘤。予切除头皮肿物,设计双侧旋转皮瓣,剥离后将皮瓣旋转移位修复创面,供区拉拢缝合。术后皮瓣完全存活。A 62-year-old female patient presented with giant scalp tumor on her top of the head. Cutaneous ex- amination showed a size of about 6.0 cm x 5.5 cmx 2.5 cm mass on the scalp, medium soft texture, thinning of the scalp, hair thinning, without tenderness and volatility. In combination with histopathology, the final diagnosis is calcif- ying epithelioma. Operation method： Around the region with scalp defects, double rotation flaps are designed and made on the selected side. The flaps are rotated to repair the defects of scalp, and then the donor sites will be closed directly.
