摘  要:选择2011年7月至2012年6月在本院儿童保健门诊进行健康体检的4 982例1月龄婴儿为研究对象,男2 769例,女2 213例,应用定量超声骨强度仪,测量受检婴儿胫骨中段声波速度(SOS)值,以Sunlight系统提供的亚洲人群SOS值为参照标准.本地区1月龄婴儿SOS值,男婴为(2 919.77±129.16)m/s,女婴为(2 929.67±124.19) m/s;不同季节之间SOS值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),其中夏、秋季SOS值明显高于春、冬季,而冬季与春季,夏季与秋季SOS值差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).A total of 4 982 healthy infants were recruited from our child health clinic during July 2011 to June 2012. There were 2 769 males and 2 213 females with an age range of 31 - 59 days. Then an ultrasound bone sonometer OmnisenseTM 7000P was employed to acquire their values of speed of sound (SOS) in bones for Asian. The values of SOS for l-month-old infants were (2 919.77 ± 129. 16)m/s (males) and (2 929.67 ± 124. 19) m/s (females) respectively. SOS in summer and autumn was significantly higher than that in spring and winter ( P 〈 0. 01 ). However, no difference existed between summer and autumn or spring and winter ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . The values of SOS has remarkable difference in different seasons and latitudes and increase with age. Therefore it is necessary to establish its reference criterion for local children.
