摘 要:根据炼油工业面临的四大挑战与问题,介绍劣质重油进行直接深度高效转化的最佳技术——悬浮床加氢裂化技术,包括发展历史及其与固定床、沸腾床加氢技术的对比.分析悬浮床加氢裂化催化剂和工艺的现状与发展趋势,介绍在建和准备工业化的悬浮床加氢技术:国外的有意大利Eni公司的EST技术、美国KBR公司的VCC技术、UOP公司的Uniflex悬浮床渣油加氢技术、委内瑞拉国家石油公司(PDVSA)的HDH PLUS技术、CHEVRON公司的VRSH技术;国内的有中国石油天然气股份有限公司与中国石油大学(华东)联合开发的悬浮床加氢技术.对悬浮床、固定床、延迟焦化、重油催化四种重油转化技术进行了技术经济对比.指出国内应认真研究催化剂、原料性质、转化机理以及反应工程,通过合资合作、独立开发等方式,力争通过5~10年的努力,在悬浮床加氢裂化技术方面做到与世界同步或走在世界前列.Based upon the four great challenges faced by petroleum refining industry,the development of the optimum deep high-efficiency conversion process—the suspended-bed hydrocracking process is introduced,including the development history and comparison with fixed-bed and ebulated-bed hydrotreating processes.The process and catalyst for suspended-bed hydrocracking and its development trend are studied.The commercialized suspended-bed hydrocracking processes and those to be commercialized are described,i.e.EST process of ENI in Italy,VCC process of KBR in USA,Uniflex suspended-bed residue hydrocracking process of UOP in USA,HDH PLUS process of PDVSA in Venezuela,VRSH process of CHEVRON and suspended-bed hydrocracking process co-developed by China National Petroleum Company and China University of Petroleum (East China).The processes for processing heavy oils i.e.suspended-bed hydrocracking process,fixed-bed hydrocracking process,delayed coking process and heavy oil catalytic cracking process are compared in economics.It is pointed that the research on catalyst,feedstock properties,conversion mechanism and reaction engineering should be strengthened to successfully develop the frond-end state-of-art suspended-bed hydrocracking processes independently or in cooperation with other company in 5 to 10 years.
