摘　　要：光电式的扭矩传感器,不仅结构简单,响应的速度迅速,测量精度高,而且可以适用于细长轴在恶劣的环境的工作下对其扭矩的测量。本文对光电编码器和光栅在扭矩传感器上的应用从原理上进行了简单的分析与总结。The photoelectric torque sensor not only has the advantages of simple structure, the rapid response speed and high measurement precision, but also can be applied to measure the torque of slender shaft under the harsh environment. In this paper, the applications of torque sensor in photoelectric encoder and grating is analyzed and summaried in principle simply.
