摘　　要：晶体切断机为晶体切断专用设备,适用于半导体材料晶体坯料去头尾、切段等工作。本文主要介绍台达机电产品在该设备上的应用。Crystal cut machine is the special equipment for cutting off crystal, it is suitable for semiconductor materials crystals to end the blank, cut into sections and so on. This paper mainly introduces the application of Delta ＇ mechanical and electrical products in the equipment.
